Gamma Network LLC operates under a strict NO REFUND policy. All sales are final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, except as explicitly required by applicable law.

2. General Refund Policy
2.1. No Refunds Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This policy applies to all products and services sold by Gamma Network LLC, including but not limited to:
- Custom development and software development services
- Design and user experience services
- Digital products, software, and downloadable content
- Technical consulting and support services
- Subscription-based services and recurring payments
- Account balance deposits and prepaid credits
- Any other products, services, or offerings available on our platform
Note: Our service and product offerings may change over time. This no-refund policy applies to all current and future products and services offered by Gamma Network LLC, regardless of when they are introduced or modified.
2.2. Payment Methods Covered
This no-refund policy applies regardless of the payment method used, including:
- Credit and debit card payments (processed through Stripe)
- Express payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.)
- Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, etc. processed through NowPayments)
- Bank transfers
- Account balance payments
3. Specific Service Policies
3.1. Custom Development Services
For all custom development services, including but not limited to software development, web development, scripting, automation, design services, and any other custom work:
- NO REFUNDS will be provided once work has commenced, even if the project is incomplete or cancelled
- NO REFUNDS will be provided if you are dissatisfied with the work, provided we have delivered according to the agreed specifications
- NO REFUNDS will be provided for change of mind, change of requirements, or project cancellation by the client
- All payments made are non-refundable, including deposits, milestone payments, and final payments
- If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, all payments made up to that point are forfeited
3.2. Digital Products
For digital products (software, scripts, templates, etc.):
- NO REFUNDS will be provided once the product has been delivered or accessed
- NO REFUNDS will be provided for digital products due to their nature (instant delivery, non-returnable)
- NO REFUNDS will be provided if the product does not meet your expectations, provided it functions as described
- All digital product sales are final upon purchase
3.3. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- NO REFUNDS will be provided for subscription fees already paid
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of fees already paid
3.4. Account Balance Deposits
For account balance deposits:
- NO REFUNDS will be provided for account balance deposits
- Account balance is non-refundable and non-transferable
- Account balance can only be used for purchases on our platform
- Unused account balance does not expire but cannot be refunded
4. Circumstances Where Refunds Are NOT Provided
The following circumstances do NOT entitle you to a refund:
- Change of mind or decision not to proceed with the service
- Dissatisfaction with the service or product (provided it was delivered as described)
- Technical issues on your end (incompatible systems, network problems, etc.)
- Failure to provide necessary information or materials in a timely manner
- Project cancellation by the client after work has commenced
- Delays caused by factors outside our control
- Misunderstanding of service scope or deliverables
- Request for features or changes not included in the original agreement
- Financial hardship or inability to pay
- Disputes with payment processors (Stripe, NowPayments, etc.)
- Cryptocurrency price fluctuations affecting payment value
- Any other reason not explicitly required by applicable law
5. Legal Exceptions
5.1. Applicable Law Requirements
In certain jurisdictions, consumer protection laws may provide you with rights that cannot be excluded. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, your statutory rights will apply to the extent required by law. However, we will only provide refunds when explicitly required by applicable law, and such refunds will be processed in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
5.2. Fraud or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a transaction was fraudulent or unauthorized, you must contact your payment provider (bank, credit card company, etc.) immediately. We will cooperate with payment processors and law enforcement in cases of fraud, but refunds for fraudulent transactions are handled by the payment processor, not by us directly.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Contact Us First
If you have concerns about a service or product, please contact us at info@gammanetwork.net before initiating any chargeback or dispute. We are committed to resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction, though this does not include providing refunds. We will respond to your inquiry within 5 business days.
6.2. Binding Arbitration
ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS REFUND POLICY SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE, RATHER THAN IN COURT. By making a purchase, you agree to resolve any disputes through arbitration as set forth in our Terms of Service. This includes disputes regarding refunds, chargebacks, or payment issues.
You understand that by agreeing to this policy, you are waiving your right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action lawsuit regarding refunds or payments.
6.3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider:
- We will provide all necessary documentation to the payment processor to demonstrate that the transaction was authorized and the service/product was delivered as agreed
- We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account if a chargeback is filed
- If a chargeback is successful due to fraud or unauthorized use, we will permanently ban the account involved and may pursue legal action
- Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback may result in legal action, including claims for damages, legal fees, and costs
- We may report fraudulent chargebacks to credit bureaus and law enforcement
- You will be responsible for any fees, costs, or penalties incurred by us as a result of your chargeback
Before filing a chargeback, you must first contact us to attempt to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a breach of these terms.
7. Service Guarantees and Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our services and products. However, our commitment to quality does not include a money-back guarantee. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate issues with our services, but this does not entitle you to a refund. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Acknowledgment, Agreement, and Waiver
BY MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT THROUGH OUR PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, AGREE, AND WARRANT THAT:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy in its entirety
- You understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, except as explicitly required by applicable law
- You are making the purchase with full knowledge and understanding of this no-refund policy

- You understand that filing a false or fraudulent chargeback may result in legal action against you
